Lintec MLSA Screen Modules
The Lintec MLSA Screen Module serves as the final screening station featuring pre-engineered and pre-built steel structures. This module can incorporate the Lintec LSA Screens, together with integrated material discharge chutes, walkways and access ladders to view the operation, production of the screen and carry out maintenance at the same time. The Lintec MLSA Screen Module is designed to maximise production efficiency for a 3-Deck and up to 4-Deck Inclined Screen. The Lintec MLSA coupled with the Lintec MLJ Jaw Modules and Lintec MLC Cone/VSI Modules forms a total package - a complete Modular Lintec Crushing and Screening Plant!

Lintec WLJ Wheeled Jaw Mobile Unit
The Lintec WLJ Wheeled Jaw Mobile Unit, an integrated wheeled processing unit, comprises the Lintec LJ Jaw Crusher and a heavy-duty Lintec LGF Grizzly Feeder. Installed on a wheeled chassis that gives optimum mobility and quick set-up time, it is perfect for a wide range of applications and sites. Powered by electricity and equipped with hydraulic legs and main conveyor, the Lintec WLJ can be easily transported within job sites. Set-up time is also drastically reduced so crushing operations can start within 6-8 hours. The Lintec WLJ can work independently for single stage crushing or can be incorporated into the secondary Lintec WLC Wheeled Cone Mobile Unit for an even more complete crushing and screening operation.

The Lintec WLC Wheeled Cone Mobile Unit is a fully integrated wheeled processing unit, incorporating a Lintec LC Cone Crusher and a heavy-duty Lintec LSA Inclined Screen installed on a full wheeled chassis. This results in optimum mobility and faster set-up time perfect for a wide range of applications and site conditions. Powered with electricity and equipped with hydraulic legs, the Lintec WLC comes with all related components of the cone crusher, such as lubrication package, cooling system, pre-wired switchgear / control board, live frame with all safety guards, walkways and handrails on board a single wheeled chassis that make installation easy and simple. The Lintec WLC Wheeled Cone, plus the Lintec MLSA Screen Mobile Unit together with the Lintec WLJ Wheeled Jaw Mobile Unit can be incorporated to form a complete 2-Stage Crushing & Screening Line.

Lintec TLC Tracked Cone Mobile Unit
The Lintec TLC Tracked Cone Mobile Unit with an on-board Generator Set is a fully integrated tracked processing unit. It comprises a Lintec LC Cone Crusher and a re-circulation screen installed on a complete tracked chassis that gives high mobility and quick set-up times making it ideal for quarries, demolition and recycling sites. Powered with electricity, The Lintec TLC is equipped with hydraulic conveyors and all related components of the cone crusher, such as lubrication package, cooling system, live frame including all safety guards, walkways and handrails on board a single tracked chassis. This results in a shorter set-up time of 1-2 hours before crushing operations can start. The Lintec Tracked Cone Mobile Unit can be easily incorporated with the Lintec TLJ Tracked Jaw Mobile Unit and the Lintec TSC Tracked Screen Mobile Unit for complete Mobile crushing and screening operation.
