Lintec WLCC Wheeled Cone Mobile Unit
The Lintec WLCC Wheeled Cone Mobile Unit is a fully integrated and independent wheeled processing unit. Designed to function in open or closed circuit, the WLCC features the Lintec LC380 Cone Crusher, which comes with a choice of different crushing chambers and unique throws. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, especially for operations at project sites near river gravels sources. It comprises a Lintec LC380 Cone Crusher, triple deck screen unit along with eight units of integrated transfer conveyors and product conveyors installed on a complete wheeled chassis. Powered with electricity, the Lintec WLCC/WLCT is equipped with hydraulic legs and folded product conveyors. All related components of the cone crusher, such as lubrication package, cooling system, control board, live frame including all safety guards, walkways and handrails are all included on a compact wheeled chassis making installation easy and simple.
Lintec WLJ Wheeled Jaw Mobile Unit
The Lintec WLJ Wheeled Jaw Mobile Unit, an integrated wheeled processing unit, comprises the Lintec LJ Jaw Crusher and a heavy-duty Lintec LGF Grizzly Feeder. Installed on a wheeled chassis that gives optimum mobility and quick set-up time, it is perfect for a wide range of applications and sites. Powered by electricity and equipped with hydraulic legs and main conveyor, the Lintec WLJ can be easily transported within job sites. Set-up time is also drastically reduced so crushing operations can start within 6-8 hours. The Lintec WLJ can work independently for single stage crushing or can be incorporated into the secondary Lintec WLC Wheeled Cone Mobile Unit for an even more complete crushing and screening operation.
