Lintec CC Containerised Concrete Batching Plant

The Lintec range of containerised concrete plants comes in various sizes and performance capacities to meet any kind of project, big or small. With many decades of engineering expertise, all our plants are carefully fashioned with durable core components that provide the highest quality concrete mix and a longer life cycle. Each container also features a rigid ground area which ensures stability on suitably compacted soil, removing the need for concrete foundation and allowing a lower total cost of plant setup.

Lintec Ecotec ECP Concrete Batching Plant

The Lintec ECP portable series is modular and affordable while offering convenience from start to finish. The modular design allows for easy transportation, fast installation, and dismantling upon completion of a project. They require minimal foundations and minimal or no loading ramps. It comes with 2–sided aggregate bin (quadrant design) for materials to be loaded effortlessly.

Lintec UCP Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

The highly automated Lintec UCP series is the solution for big concrete needs. With models that produce up to 250 cubic metres of ready mix concrete per hour, the UCP series meets the needs of projects requiring thousands of cubic metres a day. At the same time, the UCP ready mix concrete batching plant maintains accuracy in ensuring the quality of concrete. The UCP series can be customised to suit the requirements of any major project. The twin-shaft mixers, controlled by computerised process control systems running on Windows OS, intensely mixes your concrete in three-dimensional movements.

Lintec Portable PCP Concrete Batching Plant

The Lintec Portable Concrete Plants are completely modular and portable and are designed for total flexibility. This portable wet mix plant is designed in modules for enhanced portability and easy transportation. The plants can be set up on a prepared compacted surface without any need for a foundation. They can be easily and quickly installed or dismantled. Also known as precast plants, they are ideal for precast concrete systems.

Lintec WM Basemix Plant

Lintec BaseMix Plant (WM series) produces plant-mix graded aggregate base for the road pavement’s base course. Sometimes known as RCC Plant, it can also be used for stabilisation of road base, graded stones, wet-mix, Cement Treated Base (CTB), Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC), and more.

Chilled Water Plant

Lintec Chilled Water Plants offer concrete cooling designed for regions with tropical and hot climates. They produce 1 °C and 5 °C chilled water temperature using an Evaporative Condenser and 3 to 4 stages concrete cooling system to save energy. The plant can be operated continuously.

Flake Ice Plant

Lintec Flake Ice Plant for concrete cooling can be used in extreme hot climate regions to produce quality concrete at desired temperatures for special requirements. The Ice Plant can be used in projects such as dam projects, airport projects and those that require high concrete strengths.

Aggregates Ground Feeding System

Lintec & Linnhoff designs and builds customised aggregates ground feeding systems. Whether you’re using a 1-swing conveyor system to feed a series of inline bins or maximising productivity by feeding each bin with an individual feed bin and conveyor, our high-performance ground feed systems provide cost-effective solutions for many large concrete producers.

Cement Pump

Designed with high efficiency and portability in mind Our cement pump has a simple design and works with an air compressor unit. It has an electric motor to drive the cement screw and use the air compressor to pump the loaded cement into Cement Silos. This equipment works well for small to medium construction projects, achieving feats that are impossible for Bulk Cement Tanker Trucks.

Concrete Recycling System

Simple & Cost-Effective Solution for Concrete Recycling Our concrete recycling system is used in concrete batching plants to separate aggregates from water, i.e. residual inert from the washing of concrete mixer and mixer trucks, with aggregates grain size from 0.3 mm up to 40 mm. The complete concrete recycling system consists of a heavy structure screw conveyor made of hot galvanised carbon steel, powerful liquid stirrer, 2 underwater pumps, connection pipe and safety gangway. This is system is reliable and easy to maintain, as attested by our customers worldwide.

Cement Silo

Demountable panel-type bolted silos for easy transportation and simple installation Our panel-type silos are manufactured using sophisticated manufacturing techniques. These silo panels are water-proofed by a special gasket. The panel bolted silos are available from 30 tons to 1000 tons to cater to clients’ required storage capacity. Its modular construction provides flexibility in shipping them around the world, without high shipping and land transportation costs. Erection of the cement silos can be done effectively with local resources. Lintec & Linnhoff provides a dedicated technician who will supervise and ensure that the silos are assembled and conform to the highest standards of safety and productivity. Such arrangement keeps the erection costs under control.

Control Cabin

Italian-made prefabricated modular control cabin with unique design, quality materials and robust build This control cabin is manufactured with steel and aluminium alloy materials. Its sturdy frame is made from thick galvanised steel tubes with profiles assembled between them. Doors and windows are composed of anodised aluminium to ensure a longer lifetime. The walls and rooftop covers are made up of insulated panels with iron armature and foamed polyurethane materials with 40mm thickness, and a painted steel sheet with coil coating system comprise the exterior steel surface. Each control cabin’s floor is made up of 18mm waterproof wooden panels, with the upper surface covered by anti-static linoleum. The entire floor perimeter and the interior part of the corners are settled by a painted steel baseboard that make the frame structure stronger. Rain flows into the top gutters in a particular profile in the upper frame and drains water away through special holes. At the bottom of the cabin is where rainwater flows 10cm under the floor, avoiding infiltration.

Screw Conveyor

Reliable and efficient screw conveyors Our screw conveyors are suitable for extracting, batching and conveying cement and other inert matters of any kind. They can be easily assembled with strong flanges as well as strong hanger-bearings with bushing and greasers properly protected against wear and designed according to the density of the transported material. With screw conveyors, lubrication is done using special greasing points. It also features special customised screw conveyors with multi-chamber seals to handle hot materials.

Our Dust Filter was designed and manufactured with top-grade aluminium alloy and stainless steel. It contains a pulse air jet cleaning component, air tank, impulse valves, air distribution manifold and a control board. The hinged cover design enables easy extraction of the cartridges from the top side to allow easy access to the filtering units and pulse air jet cleaning system for simple and quick maintenance. Skyfilter cartridge is suitable for numerous kinds of powders. This innovative high-performance filter cuts down the level of pollution while improving the efficiency and filtering quality. Having been applied on silos with different kinds of powders, it’s long been recognised for its compact and solid structure that makes installation simple for both existing and new plants.
