- Neovia completed a 350,000-tonne pavement restoration project on São Paulo’s Anhanguera and Bandeirantes highways using the Lintec CSD2500B Containerised Asphalt Mixing Plant.
- The plant enabled 100% quality control approval of the hot mix asphalt with minimal need for full-time monitoring.
- Impressed by its performance and reliability, Neovia is now considering adding another Lintec plant for future projects.
Brazilian engineering company, Neovia Engenharia has successfully completed a significant pavement restoration project using its Lintec CSD2500B Containerised Asphalt Mixing Plant, sold via FCG Equipment, Lintec & Linnhoff’s exclusive distributor in Brazil.
The restoration project covered the Anhanguera and Bandeirantes highways, key transportation routes connecting Campinas and Limeira in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. Executed under the concession of CCR Autoban, the project involved comprehensive milling, resurfacing, and application of a GAP GRADED asphalt layer across the entire stretch.
The Lintec CSD2500B produced over 350,000 tonnes of hot mixed asphalt with outstanding quality results for this project. The plant’s exceptional performance was instrumental in achieving 100% approval in quality control tests for both machined and applied materials.
Fully containerised and designed for fast setup, the Lintec CSD2500B enabled smooth operations and consistent output, even with commercially sourced aggregates.

The Lintec CSD2500B is a fully containerised asphalt mixing plant engineered for high-performance road construction. With its proven reliability and high-capacity output, the Lintec CSD2500B is now being considered for future projects by Neovia, following its strong performance in São Paulo.
