Lintec MLJ Jaw Modules
The Lintec MLJ Modular Crushing & Screening Plant is pre-engineered and pre-manufactured, ensuring faster delivery and easy installation. It is ideal for a wide range of crushing and screening applications in project quarries, small-scale quarries or mines, demolition, and recycling project sites. The Lintec M-LJ Module serves the primary crushing function, featuring a heavy-duty box-section dump hopper, carefully selected Lintec LFD or LGF Grizzly Feeder, and the rugged Lintec LJ Jaw Crusher. Together with the pre-engineered and pre-built steel structure, including walkways, handrails, and product conveyors, this module offers the highest safety standards in the industry. The capacity of the Lintec M-LJ Jaw Modules ranges from 100t/h to a maximum of 450-500t/h, making it ideal to work independently for single-stage crushing or to be incorporated into secondary cone crushers such as the LH HSI Crushers, or screen modules for complete crushing and screening solutions.
Lintec TLJ Tracked Jaw Mobile Unit
The Lintec TLJ Tracked Jaw Mobile Unit is a completely integrated tracked processing unit with an on-board generator set. This unit features a Lintec LJ Series Jaw Crusher and a heavy-duty Lintec LGF Series Grizzly Feeder giving it high mobility and quick set-up time making it perfect for quarries, demolition and recycling sites. Powered with electricity, it is equipped with hydraulic side conveyor and main conveyor making it convenient to transport within sites with short set-up time of up to 1-2 hours only before crushing operation can be started. The Lintec TLJ can work independently for single stage of crushing or be incorporated into the secondary Lintec TLC Tracked Cone Mobile Unit and Lintec TSC Tracked Screen Mobile Unit for a complete Mobile crushing and screening operation.
Lintec WLJ Wheeled Jaw Mobile Unit
The Lintec WLJ Wheeled Jaw Mobile Unit, an integrated wheeled processing unit, comprises the Lintec LJ Jaw Crusher and a heavy-duty Lintec LGF Grizzly Feeder. Installed on a wheeled chassis that gives optimum mobility and quick set-up time, it is perfect for a wide range of applications and sites. Powered by electricity and equipped with hydraulic legs and main conveyor, the Lintec WLJ can be easily transported within job sites. Set-up time is also drastically reduced so crushing operations can start within 6-8 hours. The Lintec WLJ can work independently for single stage crushing or can be incorporated into the secondary Lintec WLC Wheeled Cone Mobile Unit for an even more complete crushing and screening operation.
