The Lintec MLC Cone/VSI Module is a secondary and tertiary crushing plant that features pre-engineered and pre-built steel structure. This can include the Lintec Cone Crushers (LC, LCS, LMC) or Lintec VSI (LV), as well as all associated components, such as lubrication package, cooling system, pre-wired switchgear, live frame with all safety guards, walkways and handrails. The completely pre-engineered steel structure of the Lintec MLC features a standard design across four different models of Lintec Cone Crushers and Lintec VSI ensuring shorter lead time, fast delivery and easy installation. The capacity of the Cone/VSI modules ranging from 200t/h to 400t/h makes it ideal to match the Lintec Jaw Modules to form a 2-Stage or 3-Stage crushing line for an extensive range of crushing and screening applications.

The Lintec MLSA Screen Module serves as the final screening station featuring pre-engineered and pre-built steel structures. This module can incorporate the Lintec LSA Screens, together with integrated material discharge chutes, walkways and access ladders to view the operation, production of the screen and carry out maintenance at the same time. The Lintec MLSA Screen Module is designed to maximise production efficiency for a 3-Deck and up to 4-Deck Inclined Screen. The Lintec MLSA coupled with the Lintec MLJ Jaw Modules and Lintec MLC Cone/VSI Modules forms a total package - a complete Modular Lintec Crushing and Screening Plant!
