Hydronix Sensors utilise digital microwave technology for measuring the moisture in a flowing material. Hydronix Sensors uses its own unique digital measurement technique to provide the highest possible accuracy and range of measurement. Hydro-Control System can automatically calculate and add the correct amount of water to the mixer, ensuring that the required consistency of concrete can be easily achieved, one batch to another.

  • The Hydro-Control VI is a standalone unit that can be connected to a control system, enabling the transfer of mix cycle information easily.

 

  • With features such as automatic recipe selection and a coloured touch screen display, the unit is designed for simplicity of use and integration into new or existing control systems.

 

  • The Hydro-Control VI unit can accurately and continuously monitor, displays and adjust the moisture levels of the material throughout the mix cycle. Using known recipes, the it automatically calculates and adds the correct amount of water to the mix. This ensures that the required moisture target can be easily achieved, one batch to another.
