With a tight project schedule of 18 months, the Lintec CSD3000 produced more than 600,000 tons of normal hot mix asphalt for binder course layer and special performance graded design mixes using polymer modified bitumen (PMB) for wearing course layer; including Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) for aircraft taxiing and Open Graded Densiphalt (Semi-Rigid Pavement) for parking aprons. As per customer feedback, “Installation and dismantling of the CSD3000 were fast and easy due to the plant’s containerized modules.

The CSD3000’s environment-friendly features of fuel efficiency, low pollutant emission rates, ambient air cleaning system, and fully enclosed façade met both the client’s requirement and the regulations stated by the relevant authorities in Malaysia,” they said.
